I want to pay via Maybank2U but encounter problems at checkout. What should I do?

5. A extra tip for smooth transaction when paying via bank transfer. Payment via bank transfer usually requires keying in the TAC code sent to you by the bank via SMS to confrim your payment. To make your payment via bank transfer smoother, please be reminded to first request the TAC code from your bank before checking out. Requesting TAC code by logging into your bank's online banking page will usually let you get a response faster than requesting it at the check out page. By requesting a TAC code at the check out page, sometimes you may NOT receive a response from your bank with the TAC code.
