What is your payment gateway?
iPay88 is our payment processing agent. Through iPay88, we accept major Visa and Mastercards, direct bank transfer payment through major banks in Malaysia (Maybank2u, AmOnline, CIMB Clicks, Alliance Online, Hong Leong Online and RHB Online). Payments by Mobile Money, PosPay and Webcash are also possible with iPay88. Upon checkout, you will be directed to iPay88s secure site for payment and will be redirected back to us after completing your payment.
I encountered problems while making payments and I am not sure if I have paid. What should I do?
Please email @ firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us your username and the total sum that you were paying. We will check our system and verify with our payment processing agent so that you wont make the same payment twice. Of course we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Is my bank and credit card information secure in the transaction?
We do not store your bank and credit card information when you buy from us. All the payment transaction information is handled by our payment processing agent iPay88. When you check out, you will be directed to iPay88s website with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your information from being read as it is transmitted through the internet.
I want to pay via Maybank2U but encounter problems at checkout. What should I do?
If you choose Maybank2U as your payment method, you will need to ensure that your Popup Blocker is disabled. Please visit to our payment guide for customers who choose Maybank2U as payment method.

Payment via bank transfer usually requires keying in the TAC code sent to you by the bank via SMS to confrim your payment. To make your payment via bank transfer smoother, please be reminded to first request the TAC code from your bank before checking out. Requesting TAC code by logging into your bank's online banking page will usually let you get a response faster than requesting it at the check out page. By requesting a TAC code at the check out page, sometimes you may NOT receive a response from your bank with the TAC code.
